We’re providing a blue bag to your home for you to keep and use around your garden. You can optionally order a collection service if you’d like help removing your green waste. If you would like to take advantage of any of our special offers set out in our letter click here to find a suitable service for you.

  • If you have a Garden Bag service from another provider and do not want to keep the blue bag, simply leave your empty bag out next to your letterbox and we will return within 10 working days and collect it. If it is more than 10 working days since your initial delivery click on 'Order Now', enter your address, click 'No Thanks' and then 'Remove my Bag'.
  • If you have a green waste wheelie bin service, we find some green waste wheelie bin customers have overflow green waste and may need a one-off service to clean up their extra waste. You can put the blue bag in your garage and use it when you need it. There are no charges unless you sign-up for one of our collection services.
  • If you require a bulk clean up, then check out our Casual Service offers to see if there is a suitable service for you.

  • The best way to get a price for one of our green waste collection services is to click here, enter your promo code or fill out your address details and check out what services are on offer for you.
  • Our prices do vary depending on your chosen collection frequency e.g. Regular 4-weekly collections or Casual collection services or whether you use a 600L Garden Bag or a 240L Wheelie Bin for your green waste.

We’re unsure how that happened! If you would like to sign-up to one of our services, please click here, find a suitable service and we’ll arrange to have a new bag sent out to you. When you sign up for one of our services click “I don’t have a bag” and we’ll courier one out to you at no cost.

  • Customers who join our Regular collection service have their bag or bin collected on a regular 4-weekly basis.
  • Customers who join our Casual collection services are added to our collection cycle and can book collections as they need them. Casual collections are subject to availability, so we recommend booking your collection in advance to avoid disappointment, particularly in our peak times of December, January and February.
  • When you sign-up you will receive a welcome letter which will give you all the information you need to know about your new Greenwaste collection service. You will also receive your new log-in details so you can access your account 24/7.

  • We take almost anything that grows in your garden such as leaves, lawn clippings, weeds, pruning’s etc.
  • All garden waste collected helps make high quality compost. See our bag and bin fill policy for full details.

  • Fruit & vege peelings

  • Green waste material is generally what grows from the ground upwards. We cannot take noxious weeds
    such as ginger plant root or bamboo and flax. Branches thicker than your wrist or longer than your
    arm need to be cut to size to ensure they are not protruding past the brim of your product.
  • Soil must be kept to a minimum so please shake excess soil off plants.

  • Wood (other than branches)
  • Bamboo or flax
  • Noxious weeds – like ginger plant root
  • Painted or processed wood
  • Long branches – branches thicker than your wrist of longer than your arm need to be cut so they don't stick out past the top of your bag, bin or skip
  • Soil must be kept to a minimum – please shake soil off any plants

  • Customers who sign-up to one of our services can request extra garden bags to be sent out to them.
    Extra garden bag collections must be booked in advance. Customers can arrange this by logging into their online account and clicking ‘Arrange Extra Bag Collection’.
  • You can add extra bags to your regular service collection every 4 weeks, or you can use the extra bags when you need some extra capacity on one of our causal bag services.

The blue bag is yours to keep! You could store the bag away, use it however you like, or use it when you are doing a clean-up and need somewhere to store your garden waste. If you do not want to keep this bag, you can leave it out by your letter box within 10 days of initial delivery and we’ll be back to collect it. Or you can click here,  enter your address, click on ‘No Thanks’, then click on ‘Remove my Bag’ to request removal.

You can check out your upcoming collection dates when you log in to your online account. You can check the status of your collection and check the approximate collection day through your area on your collection week.
